Questions about a comic for a friend
Can both of us be in the comic?
Yes. A comic can star two characters: your hero and an optional second character, each from one photo of a person or pet, or a ready-made character. Use one photo of each of you, not a photo of you together.
Can I put our whole friend group in it?
Only two characters are drawn from photos. You can write the others into the story by name; they are drawn as new characters, not from photos.
My friend lives abroad. How do I give it?
Download the PDF and send it in a message or by email. It’s a digital comic, so there’s nothing to ship.
Do I need my friend’s permission to use their photo?
Use a photo you have the right to share, and ask if you’re unsure. Photos are private and deleted after 7 days, or after 30 days if you unlock the comic. If you’d rather not use their photo, pick a ready-made character and type their name.
Can I see it before I pay?
