Comicpix Refund and Cancellation Policy

Web purchases

The merchant of record for web purchases is identified at checkout and on your receipt. These purchases are subject to the purchase terms identified at checkout, applicable refund policy and applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit rights granted by those terms or by law.

For a billing question or refund request, use the billing support link on your receipt or contact info@meezyo.com with your transaction reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes. The merchant of record processes refunds for transactions it sold.

Non-delivery, duplicate charges and generation problems

Contact us if you were charged twice, cannot access a paid purchase, or a technical failure prevents delivery of your comic. We will investigate the purchase and generation records and assist with restoration, correction or an appropriate refund request. AI output can vary; Generation status and coin use may be considered when investigating a request, but do not override applicable consumer rights or the merchant of record’s policies.

Statutory withdrawal rights, deadlines and any lawful digital-content exceptions depend on the transaction and location and are described in the merchant of record’s policy. Nothing here asserts that a visitor has waived those rights merely by using the website. We do not offer an additional unconditional money-back guarantee. This does not affect any refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable law or the merchant of record’s policies.

Canceling renewals

Cancel through the subscription-management link in your Comicpix account or the billing support identified on your receipt. Follow the confirmation for the effective cancellation date and any remaining access. Cancellation and refund requests are separate: cancellation alone does not reverse previous charges. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.

If a refund or chargeback occurs, the related subscription access or coin balance may be adjusted as permitted by law and the applicable purchase terms. Refund timing and the destination payment method depend on the merchant of record and the payment provider.

App-store purchases

Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play follow that store's refund and cancellation process. A web refund request cannot cancel an app-store subscription, and a store cancellation does not cancel a web subscription.
