Billing questions
Is Comicpix free?
Seeing your personalized cover is free: add a photo and a story and we draw the cover before you pay anything. To unlock every page you choose a monthly plan; the price in your currency, taxes and the total are shown before you pay.
How do plans and coins work?
Plans renew every month and add coins to your account — Starter 2,000, Plus 6,000, Pro 20,000. Creating comics uses coins; the paywall shows how far your coins go before you pay. Coins have no cash value.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel online in a few clicks from your library (“Manage or cancel”). Canceling stops future renewals.
Who processes my payment?
Web payments are processed by our merchant of record. You see your currency, taxes and the total before you pay.
