Comicpix Terms of Service

1. About Comicpix

Comicpix, operated by Meezyo LLC ("we", "us"), lets you create personalized comics using artificial intelligence. These terms cover comicpix.app and its related web services. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Our Refund Policy explains web purchase support and refunds.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase or use this web service. If you submit a child's photo, you must have the authority and permissions necessary to do so. The service is intended for adult account holders, even when the resulting comic is a story for a child.

You may begin creating a preview anonymously. To retain access across browsers or devices, create or sign in to an account using an available sign-in method. Keep your credentials secure. Clearing browser data before saving an anonymous purchase to an account may prevent you from accessing it without support assistance.

Web and mobile content or purchases become associated through a verified account sign-in and supported account-linking process. Using the same typed email address alone does not establish ownership. Availability in the mobile app depends on the supported app version and integration.

3. Your photos, stories and generated comics

You retain rights you have in your uploads and story inputs. You authorize us and the service providers used to fulfill your request to process, store and transmit that material as necessary to operate, secure and support Comicpix and generate your requested content.

Only upload content you are entitled to use. Obtain any necessary consent from people whose images, likenesses or personal information you submit. Do not upload confidential information or material you are not permitted to share with the providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You may download and use generated comics for lawful purposes, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and applicable provider terms. AI output may resemble other output and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. We do not guarantee uniqueness, legal clearance, exact likeness or error-free text and images.

4. Preview and delivery

The preview shows the initial comic concept or cover. Full pages are generated after a successful purchase or eligible coin deduction. AI generation takes time and may be delayed or fail. Review the preview and the purchase details before paying. Contact support if paid content cannot be delivered or accessed.

Do not use Comicpix for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive or exploitative content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual sexual imagery; impersonation; or attempts to bypass payment, usage or security controls. We may refuse requests or restrict access to address abuse, safety risks or legal obligations.

5. Web subscriptions and coins

Plan price, currency, billing interval, included coins and applicable taxes are presented before purchase. The checkout total controls the amount you authorize. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. Coins are service credits for eligible generation features, not money, and cannot be withdrawn or sold for cash.

Web purchases are sold through the merchant of record identified at checkout. The merchant of record handles the payment transaction, tax and payment-related records under its Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice. You authorize recurring charges disclosed at checkout when purchasing a subscription.

Manage or cancel a web subscription through Comicpix's subscription-management link or the billing support identified on your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the cancellation confirmation; it is distinct from requesting a refund. Deleting your account, clearing browser data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple and Google store purchases must be managed through the relevant store.

Refunds or chargebacks may result in corresponding adjustments to paid access and coin balances, as permitted by law. We will not reduce mandatory consumer rights through these terms.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation times or particular creative results. Keep copies of comics you want to retain. You are responsible for checking content before publishing or sharing it.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Service changes must respect existing purchase terms and applicable law.

7. Changes and contact
